The "progression" of the conservative response to Dr. Tiller's assassination:
1. We deplore this terrible taking of life and trust that the left will not exploit it for political purposes.
2. We deplore this taking of all human life, even that of an abortionist. And just watch: The left will exploit this for political purposes.
3. "Evidence" suggests that Tiller performed illegal and unsafe abortions, despite his acquittal by a Kansas court.
4. Tiller was a baby killer who specialized in late-term abortions and who committed tens of thousands of them. Whatever you say about his murder, he won't be murdering innocent life any more.
5. The elimination of Tiller the Killer was justifiable homicide, but we played no role in creating the climate that led to it.
I thought that was a particularly interesting one concerning NO.
Even more interesting things happened, but they can't be talked of yet, in case they don't come to actual fulfillment, which can always be the case, and never more so than in these bad times.
