Though he's universally reviled, we seem to have a soft spot for this mayor over here in Fox Home. He was in absolute crisis with no tools and his arms and legs both cut off.
Have you read The Great Deluge? Douglas Brinkley all but calls Nagin a coward, and an inept one in the bargain. He's just about as tough on Chertoff and Bush, but sympathetic to Blanco.
